This project aims to improve NFS’ administrative support ratio through functional skills categorization, creation of support groups, and staff redeployment to under-resourced functions. By relieving operations managers of administrative burdens, we can enhance their focus on operational performance. Key strategies include improving access to specialized support services, optimizing work distribution among administrative staff, and establishing a clear development path for support staff. The project will involve data analysis and implementation across three phases, ensuring 100% participation through focus groups, and maintaining continuous engagement with the concerned staff.
