  5. Can be extremely large • Found in slow moving & poor water • Fishing Techniques: • Fish along reeds • Bread • White

  6. June Sucker • Located: Utah Lake & Provo River • Endangered species • Feeds on vegetation- suspended

  7. Largemouth Bass • Location: Utah Lake, Lake Powell, Deer Creek • Extremely popular sport fish • HUGE MOUTH- no teeth • Feed on fish, rodents, amphibians

  8. Found near structure= rocks, stumps, docks Fishing Techniques: • Topwater • Spinner Baits • Rubber Worms • Rapalas

  9. Small Mouth Bass • Location: Lake Powell, Deer Creek, Flaming Gorge, Starvation Reservoir • Feed mainly on crawdads

  10. Very popular sport fish. • Fishing Techniques: Find rocky banks Fish slowly along the bottom Sinking worm
