The CATCH program, part of the Community Pediatrics Council of the American Academy of Pediatrics, empowers pediatricians to forge community partnerships that ensure all children have access to essential health services and a medical home. Grants of up to $12,000 support innovative 6-month projects aimed at improving children's health, with funding awarded twice a year.
