  2. About the author • He was born February 19, 1971 • Other books he wrote are Igdoof! • He has a wife and two children • What made him get into writing is he ran a comic strip at his college Igdoof which made him want to be a cartoonist.

  3. Setting • The book took place in the summer • Some of the settings are the beach. Rowleys house, Greggs house and a cabin

  4. Characters • The main character is Greg and Rowley • Greg has two brothers Roderick and Manny • Manny is Greg’s younger brother • Roderick is Greg’s older brother • Rowley is Greg’s friend

  5. Plot • Some main events are. • Greg gets a dog. • Greg and Rowley get in a fight. • Greg goes to Rowley's summer house with Rowley’s parents.

  6. Conflict/Resolution • The conflict is. • Greg and Rowley get in a fight. • The fight is about when ever Greg has and idea Rowley doesn’t like it. • They solve it by Greg going to Rowleys parents summer house.

  7. Theme • The story is about what Greg does over his summer vacation. • This theme is best fit for this story. • Its about what Greg does for his summer vacation.

  8. Book reveiw • I think this was a great book. I Would recommend this book to a friend. After they read the other books. Think it was one of the best diary of a wimpy kid book I read so far. Ill probably would read this book again one day. • I would recommend this book to a friend.
