This study investigates the effect of Axl siRNA on luciferase activity and cell viability using BaF3 cells. Multiple Axl-targeting siRNA constructs were tested, with measurements of relative luminescence units (RLU) recorded. The findings highlight variations in luciferase expression post-transfection with Axl-2 and Axl-4 siRNAs. Additionally, the sensitivity of BaF3 cells to Gas6 and AxlFc treatment was evaluated, providing insights into Axl's role in aiding cell survival and proliferation. The data may have implications for cancer therapeutics targeting the Axl pathway.
