  2. Interstitial nephritis is a disease of the kidneys that is characterized by the inflammation of the spaces between the kidney tubules. The inflammation negatively affects the function of the kidneys and reduces their ability to filter waste. Interstitial Nephritis

Limitingprotein in the diet can help control the buildup of waste products in the blood that can lead to symptoms of acute kidney failure.
