  6. POR QUE SON IMPORTANTES • Nos permiten conocer la percepción de nuestros usuarios acerca de la calidad de nuestra atención. • Nos dan la posibilidad de cambiar. • Nos muestran otra mirada de la realidad. • Nos permite mejorar.

  7. META HGF • Respetar los plazos legales de respuesta, para todo requerimiento ciudadano. • Conocer y gestionar la satisfacción del usuario con datos cuantitativos, en los servicios clínicos de urgencia, ambulatorio, hospitalizados de los establecimientos autogestionados en red (EAR).
