  7. Degree of Nerve injury Seddon classification ช้ำ Axon ข้างในขาด Nerve ทั้งเส้นขาด

  8. Degree of Nerve injury Seddon classification หายเอง Neurapraxia (ช้ำ) อาจจะหายเองหรือไม่หาย แล้วแต่ความรุนแรง Axonotmesis (axon ข้างในขาด) Neurotmesis (nerve ทั้งเส้นขาด) ไม่หายเอง ต้องผ่าตัด ซ่อมเส้นประสาท

  9. รู้ได้ไงว่ามี nerve injury? • ชา (paresthesia, numbness) • อ่อนแรง(palsy, weakness) • กล้ามเนื้อลีบ (atrophy) ถ้าเป็นนานๆ • Specific test (Tinel, Phalen, Durkan, elbow flexion test, signs of nerve palsy) • Electrodiagnosis • Nerve conduction velocity (NCV) • Electromyogram (EMG)

  21. Nerve regeneration • Nerve regeneration 1 mm/day • Nerve ต้องงอกไปถึง target muscle ภายในเวลา 12-18 เดือน • ถ้างอกไปไม่ทัน neuromuscular junction จะตาย กล้ามเนื้อจะไม่ทำงานโดยถาวร 50 cm 20 cm Ulnar nerve regeneration to intrinsic hand muscle
