Maria Thompson Barbados Hardworking Business Expert in Barbados Having started her career at the tender age of 17, working for one of the largest retail stores in Barbados, Maria Thompson has established herself in the local business community as a hardworking and dedicated woman who is capable of getting results and achieving her targets regardless of the role that she takes on. She is now looking to enjoy further career advancement in her role at Productive Business Solutions-PBS.

She aims to become the company’s Regional Sales Manager at some point in the future. She understands what customers are looking for when they interact with a salesperson.

She is responsible for managing and coaching a team of dedicated professionals, all of whom have benefited from her experience.As part of her role at PBS in Barbados, Maria Thompson is often tasked with coaching new sales personnel so that they can do their jobs more effectively and hit the targets that have been set for them by the company. Maria Thompson points out that coaching can occasionally be frustrating work, especially if you are trying to help somebody who seems determined not to take in what you are showing them.
