Data Issues • MRIP recreational catch estimates used for 2004-2013 and1981-2003 MRFSS estimates converted to MRIP equivalents • In SARC 50, 2001-2008 fall commercial discard ALKs only included commercial data (i.e., no fall survey data) • Reestimated 2001-2008 commercial discards at age • Problems reproducing method used to obtain recreational discard CVs from SARC 50 • Currently using 1981-2009 average CV for 2010-2013
