  3. Quick reminder of the solution • Another diagram/picture • Make sure to highlight anything that may have changed from your initial sketch

  4. Timeline • Identify the major milestones in getting your project completed • Map them to a timeline of spring quarter

  5. Evaluation plan • Make sure to include this in your schedule • There should be milestones related to this

  6. Breakdown of responsibilities • How will duties be broken up between group members? • How will you coordinate?

  7. What are the major dangers? • What to do you see as being the main problems going forward? • What are you doing about them?
