Definition of IT Skills • Focus on skills needed mostlyforbusiness workers • Computer literacy as “having a basic understanding of what a computer is and how it can be used as a resource” (Nichols 1998 by Csapo 2002). • European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) program • For project manager there is alsoa need to include somebusiness design issues The European e-Competence Framework etc.
