  12. Expand opportunities in the FUTURE by promoting the growth of sports, entertainment, business and the arts in the Blue Water area. Up to 12 additional concert events in our first 12 months of management, including quality acts which could include the Beach Boys and Vince Gill.

  13. Our vision includes strategic partnerships with FUNFEST PRODUCTIONS, CHEF SHELL’S CATERING and WIER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.

  14. FUNFEST PRODUCTION INC. An established booking and event coordination organization, they have booked events for the Emerald Theater, The Rock Room, Johnny G’s and Freedom Hill. involved with major events like Riverfest and Stars & Stripes Festival

  16. A name trusted in our community since 1975, they will assist in the creation of a merchandising area within the arena to enhance the interior of the building.

  17. McMorran Cares for the Community: Capital Campaign Fund November 12, 1957, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Murphy and Mrs. Clara MacKenzie donated the funds necessary to build and equip an auditorium building for public use. The donation was made in memory of the late Henry McMorran. The Kinney Management Group is dedicated to preserving and propagating the McMorran name and community goodwill that was established in 1957.

Community First • Collaborative relationship with the Community Foundation to assist with overseeing and allocating financial resources • Charity Connections – Revenue Sharing • 30% of ticket sales sold by a non-profit organization (large ticketed events) goes to that respective charity • 10% of concession sales for large ticket events will also go to the participating non-profit organization

Participation Management Agreement • McMorran Cares for the CommunityCampaign • $30,000 initial capital investment for interior building merchandising area renovation project. • Participation management fee - 10% of gross sales to be paid by the city of Port Huron to Kinney Management Group for services rendered for the period of the contract. • 50/50 profit sharing with the city of Port Huron and Kinney Management Group for any profit made each year for the period of the contract. • 25% of operational savings will be shared with the city of Port Huron.
