If a criminal case were brought against the boys who would bring it? What about a civil case? Today: Applying Your Knowledge of the Law so Far

  2. In a small group (2-3) • Read through problem set 1.7 • Discuss the scenario and then on ONE piece of paper write out your group’s response to letters a-c. Appoint a speaker and be ready to discuss your response

  3. You try it… • Write a legal scenario for: 1. a criminal case where the defendant has committed a misdemeanor 2. a civil case where someone is injured while attending a friend’s party.
