Constrains(a) NS inter project financial borrowing (Management problems).(b) Fund not transferred to the project area (Management problems).( c) Delayed financial returns.(d) Overwhelmed WatSan coordinators (Mozambique, Malawi)(e) Slow implementation (Zimbabwe, Malawi).(f) NS not using PHAST tool kits (Zimbabwe, Malawi).(g) Government sanitation standards in Zimbabwe (Blair VIP) – too high for poor families who need simple system.
