Comprehensive Student Behavioral Response and Wellness at NOVA: The CARE Initiative

The NOVA CARE Team is dedicated to enhancing campus safety and student wellness by addressing disruptive behaviors that may impact individuals or the community. Utilizing the CUBIT model, the team assesses threats and implements action plans in collaboration with faculty, staff, and law enforcement. Reporting concerning behaviors is crucial; the community is encouraged to report any issues via our website or contact points. We provide resources and training, including suicide prevention and intervention strategies, to ensure a safe educational environment for all.
