  2. Description of the EFAS service (approach, methods used):

Innovative elements used • simple farm accounting notebook for data entry of the farm, which continues to be used by financial institutions for easier approval of credit facilities based on the history of the work of the farmer. • Opportunity for regular entering of farm data (on a daily basis), what provide more accurate information compared to other records in the agriculture (for example questionnaire). • Way of data processing, which is done by FFRM through simple software.

  4. Added value elements • The EFAS service provides an opportunity to compare the work of the farm in different years, among other farms, as well as taking easier decisions to farm management based on real data. • The EFAS system assist farmers to have easer access to state financial support when measures are cross complained with Good agricultural practices.

  5. THE NECESSARY RESOURCES

TRANSFER OF THE PRACTICE • The results of the EFAS system can be easily transferred since its compatibility to be adopted in any similar organization and simplicity for implementation. • The booklet and software required to be translated to national language of the beneficiaries since it is in written on Macedonia language.
