Recommendations • Require Penetration Testing Capabilities • Commercial cloud services be integrated with TIC and HSPD-12 for identity management • Share Log Files • Resolve the multi-tenancy issues associated with sharing data • Develop metrics for IGs to assess effectiveness • Align Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS) wherever possible • Hold agencies accountable
