    3. Actividad fsica, ocio y tiempo lubre Tiempo libre El Tiempo Libre es un concepto dependiente de la edad y ocupacin del individuo. El Tiempo libre tiene una cualidad cuantitativa, pues puedes hacer un calculo estimado del Tiempo Libre del que vas a disponer durante el da. El objetivo principal del Tiempo Libre radica en que reporten beneficios, es decir, que sean productivas. Definiciones: Tiempo liberado de trabajo, las necesidades y las obligaciones?
