  1. Retreat: Lake Blackshear Golf Resort

  2. Location: Lake Blackshear is a Golf Resort located 2 ½ hours SW of Atlanta.

  3. Rooms: Each rom is in the Villa, and double occupancy, equipped with all amenities.

  4. Things to do: The resort offers many things to do with the family from golf and swimming to boat rentals.

  5. Meeting Space: The Conference Center has ergonomically-designed armchairs and tables and comes standard with high-speed Internet.

  6. Night Life: There is none. There is a casual grill as well as a formal dining room we can use.

  7. Reservations: • Reservations will be made by individuals calling the Hotel directly at 229-276-1004 or 1-800-459-1230.Individuals must identify themselves as being with the group, GAYC, at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate.  All reservations must be called in on or before May 27, 2014. • The rate we agreed upon is $118.00 per night ($129.80 with taxes). They are extending this rate to Saturday night. • There is a one time parking fee of $5.00 • BREAKFAST TICKETS: ( optional)  LBR will offer breakfast tickets to attendees for individual pay in LBR Restaurant @ Breakfast $10++pp = $12.96 includes a beverage and all inclusive of tax and gratuity.
