WP1: ADMINISTRATIVE • Contractualisation • Work-plan reviewing and updating • Organisation of Local Network Group meetings • Preparation of/for plenaries and meetings • Participation in plenaries and meetings as follows: - London, UK: Plenary; start-up meeting - Budapest, HU, or Pitesti, RO, mid-term core partners meeting: Training Materials - Poland, PL: Plenary (end of year 1)

WP1: ADMINISTRATIVE • Management and coordination of all national activities • Participation in various project related events • Reporting forms sent out • Tasklists sent out • AFH sent out • Thematic monitoring • PLC submitted and approved to BG NA • LdV seminar and meetings held • Outside partners

  4. WP2: DISSEMINATION • Website development, hosting and support • Links from partners’ to the project website • EstablishLocal Network Group and meetings • Project logo design • Blurb sent out

  5. WP2: DISSEMINATION • Mail to relevant organisations • Project cards • Organization of and participation in various dissemination events: Gen Staff; MoD, BDCOL, Conferences in Malta and Lithuania; ICC and other partners’ events

  6. WP3: TRAINING MATERIALS • Publishing of LP book • Piloting of training materials • Course outline • Teachers’ guide • Learners’ guide • Course/self study book • Entry test; Progressive (self) testing materials

  7. WP4: PORTFOLIO • Review of existing models • Portfolio development: - language descriptors, - self-assessment grid, - tests matching • LSMCF reviewed by core partners and UK MoD

  8. WP5: GLOSSARY • Editing of the glossary entries and explanations • Writing of examples of usage for the glossary entries • Database sent out • Translations of the glossary entries (~1600) • Prepare language exercises for the glossary • Software development
