  6. Accountability Codes Codes apply to: LEAP, iLEAP, LAA 1, LAA 2, EOC, ACT

Accountability Codes: Students No Longer Enrolled Louisiana Believes Code 01 through 42 and 97 are for exited students Codes should match SIS exit codes Codes that have expired in SIS are removed Codes for funeral and protective custody are removed Youth Challenge, Job Corp, Volunteers of America are same as dropout code

  8. Accountability Codes: Students That Remain Enrolled Louisiana Believes • Codes 80 through 99 used when student will not use the test document or participate in online testing • Medical emergency supported by doctor’s letter on letterhead • Wrong test • Test not applicable to student

  9. Limited English Student Code 81 Louisiana Believes Score will be included in accountability if answer document is not coded. Student must take the test. Student must meet eligibility (in U.S. school less than one full academic year).
