The International Trade Centre (ITC) presents a strategic framework for enhancing e-commerce capabilities among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This initiative, led by R. Badrinath, Director of DTSS, emphasizes the importance of ICT developments in the new economy. Through a year-long consultation with businesses and development partners, ITC aims to build awareness and competence enabling SMEs to leverage online tools effectively. By creating training and advisory networks, we bridge the gap between the digital divide and a thriving digital economy, fostering international competitiveness.
