Questions from Albania Table 1 (Russian): What are key success factors for on-time implementation of network infrastructure phase? • Define requirements for network infrastructure • Proper assessment of the existing network at the design stage and propose solutions as the most appropriate • Define service provider ( Create own network as an alternative solution ) • Well thought contract with the service provider based on service level agreement (SLA) • Capacity building in parallel
