  5. FUTURE • HF QMB continues to be important forum for discussion of safety issues • Air Board Accountability - Priority • ORM at all levels • Attention to material and facilities • CO sets command climate - Emphasize in Leadership Continuum (CNET) • Ultimate Goal - ZERO MISHAPS!

  6. JAPANESE PROVERB VISION without ACTION is a DAYDREAM. ACTION without VISION is a NIGHTMARE.
