  7. Status of TBG17 Submissions(1) • Official Outputs : 49 ACCs, 307 BCCs and 117 ASCCs (25th Jan. 2005) • No official harmonization for RSM including BIEs, BRS, etc • I am not sure that those are approved as TBG17’s roles except CC library • Official Status of TBG6 • First business standard (BRS ver1, e-tendering in Works domain except BOQ) was approved under the CCs of latest version • New BIEs (BOQ, Goods & Services domains including 20 new ACCs) were submitted to TBG17 in Mar. 2005 • Current Status of TBG17 : Quality Assurance Actions since Mar. 2005 • 57 ACCs, 461 BCCs, and 222 ASCCshave been discussed (Sep. 2005) • * refer to “QA Actions.xls” • Current Status of TBG6 submission • 17 ACCs, 38 BCCs, and 10 ASCCs from TBG6 e-Tendering BRS ver1 were discussed again in the list

  8. Status of TBG17 Submissions(2) □ Table for the Status • * Candidate list of modification according to the newly released library after QA result • Must reflect them in Ver2 including BOQ, etc • Must follow them in case of new projects

  9. Status of TBG17 Submissions(3) □ Sample of QA Distribution vs. TBG6 Draft 7 (ver1) • Red font-type identifies different term. • Refer to “CC_status_TBG6_QA.xls” for details □ QA action’s viewpoint 1) Identify typo's and spelling errors. 2) Check all acronyms are spelled out. 3) Check harmony between definition and cardinality. 4) Check to ensure all fields are filled out. 5) Check to ensure that definition is in accordance with template. 6) Identify discrepancies between definition and object class, property term, and representation term

  10. Status of TBG17 Submissions(4) □ Issues about the QA Action • Most of revisions could need just the editorial work • We need rearrange our BIEs according to the new library, for example, rearrangement for the ‘Process. Details’ because of adding new independent ‘Tendering Process. Details’ • “Guarantee..” needs the further study
