New Activation Process • Online Activation Using Feature Key • (NOT Demo Licenses) • Instant activation • No waiting around on site • Activate Software at: https://www.xeroxlicensing.xerox.com/activation • Activation key and serial number printed on CD • For Accxes Control Pro Upgrades, the key is printed on the upgrade letter. • Full details in user guides and supplied in every kit • Qseries -> APT upgrades must complete and return the supplied upgrade form, an activation key will then be issued by email.

  34. Xerox Touchscreen UI Accxes Copy Accxes Indexer • Installing driver • Windows 7 Only • Must use normal monitor while installing driver • Install driver before connecting screen • Screen Resolution should be 1024x768 • Perform calibration when prompted

Technical Update • Accxes Copy Auto Copy Support • Auto Copy menu option causes scanned document to copy automatically • Uses current UI Settings • With standalone 7740 document must be accepted, or scan window closed • With an Accxes Controller attached scanner you can also: • Save templates with Auto Copy set named the same as Accxes mailboxes • Accxes Copy will automatically print any scans in the mailbox using the template settings • This mean you can easily use different mailboxes to make copies, eg. • 100% Size • Scaled to A3 • Copy in Draft mode • etc...

Technical Update • Standalone 7740 Scanner • Install Accxes Indexer and/or Accxes Copy BEFORE connecting scanner • This automatically installs the scanner driver. • Connect scanner to Windows PC • It should be auto detected and installed • Only ifasked for a driver, browse to the driver at: • 64bit system: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Xerox FreeFlow Accxes\drivers • 32bit system: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Xerox FreeFlow Accxes\drivers

Technical Update • Settings Import/Export • Copy, Indexer and Control all support settings import/export • Now works correctly for non-admin users • Settings files NOT backwards compatible with Qseries • Option of saving Template will cause settings to merge with (rather than replace) current settings, when imported. • However: • Installing Accxes Control on a system that previously had Qcontrol v5.1 • will automatically import the previous Qcontrol settings.
