Using Quick Enroll • Quick Enroll can be used for overrides • Dean’s Office Staff can Override: • Permission • Requisites • Unit Load • Time Conflict • Class Capacity • Class Links (Components)
Granting Permission • Permission = act of granting Permission for a student to enroll in a class • Permission overrides: • Consent • Requisites • Class Capacity • (Waitlist)
Granting Permission • Records and Enrollment -> Term Processing -> Class Permissions -> Class Permission Numbers • Permissions are granted on a student-by-student basis • Permissions can be set to expire
Program/Plan • Dean’ Office Functions • Adding a Plan/Sub-Plan • Removing a Plan • Changing a Plan within the Same Program • Changing Data about a Program or Plan
Viewing a DARS Report • DARS Reports will be available via Degree Progress (DARS) links in iSIS • Degree Progress links available in Faculty Center – Advisement tab • Click the “Submit Report” button to process the DARS report
Viewing the Dean’s Audit DARS Report • Open the DARS component in iSIS for a particular student • Check the “Dean’s Audit” checkbox • Click “Submit Report” • Go to the “Results” tab • Click “Refresh”, (if necessary) • Click “View Report” link beside desired report
