  5. Registration • Registered in Current Academic Year • Registered Name • Number of Theses/Copies • Soft bound (3 Copies) • Hardbound/Library Copy (1 Copy) • Abstract • Brief summary of Thesis (300 Words) • Completed Library Form -EOG 03-50

  6. Binding • Soft bound – Spiral or Gum bound (3 copies) • Hardbound – Library Copy (1 copy) • Binding Time • Colour • Content of Thesis: • Title Page • Table of Contents • Abstract • Acknowledgments • Front Cover/Spine of Thesis

  7. Submission Dates Summer March 19th Autumn July 16th Winter August 20th End of Year Research Programmes September 30th Results* Summer July 6th Autumn September 17th Winter October 28th End of Year November 26th Submission *Result dates are subject to return of marks

  8. Award • Award Degree • Award subject to minor changes • Reject but permit submission of a revised thesis • Reject (with no recommendation as to re-submission)
