Contractual Status of EC4MACS • 24 Nov 2004: Announcement and guidelines for Preparatory Projects in OJEC C 287 • 21 Jun 2005: Call for Proposals • 30 Nov 2005: Deadline for submission • 29 Nov 2005: Application sent to DG Environment • 20 Mar 2006: Invitation to revise / specify the application • 18 Apr 2006: Revised and specified application sent off • 26 Sep 2006: Grant Offer Letter sent to IIASA by DG • 02 Oct 2006: Offer Letter signed by IIASA sent to DG • 19 Oct 2006: Countersigned copy sent to IISA • Project Start: 01 February 2007 • Initial Payment (40% of grant) transferred to IIASA

  3. Contractual Status of EC4MACS Passing on the 40% initial payment as soon as possible Preconditions: • Consortium Agreement to be accepted and signed by each partner • Financial records for Feb / March to be sent to IIASA by end of April • Financial information form completed by each partner
