  5. The Internet Debate (Dec 2001) • Organized by the English-Speaking Union of HK • Mrs Anson Chan as the patron • Debate with students from prestigious universities in UK • University of Oxford • University of Cambridge • University of Birmingham

  6. Activities • Debate workshops in summer • Mock debates • Games • Gathering • The whole team go for dinner after every match • BBQ (this coming summer, in our advisor’s house) • Others: to be suggested by YOU!!!

  7. Selection Criteria • Basic criteria: fluency in spoken English • Reasoning and analytical skills • Team-working skills • Level of commitment • Willingness to contribute, attend meetings, workshops and participate in the competitions
