  2. Tamecia Snowden Hello my name is Tamecia. I was teaching 4th grade for 2 years, and I was laid off in last years “budget cuts” layoff. I enjoyed the time I taught, but was hurt by the layoff. I refuse to give up, so I am going back to school to further my education. I am a disabled veteran so praise God I have the GI bill to help me out.

  3. When I was teaching, I taught 4th graders, and I enjoyed it. They are the age group that is curious about things, and independent enough to search things out, but still young enough to still need their teacher. I was privileged enough to have taught my own son while he was in 4th grade, and that is a memory I won’t ever forget! 

  4. I like reading urban novels, helping my mom organize her house, and horse back riding (but I have not been in years). Although I am not a great cook, I enjoy making brownies, cookies, and cakes.
