  10. User Study: Conclusions • Common Issues • Broadcast was confusing • White List was confusing • Not enough explanations on certain parts • Common Concerns • Reliability • Cost

Design Changes • No more broadcast tab • Changed into separate Text and e-mail tab • Each has broadcast feature built-in • New White List features • Improved registration flow • Added navigation bar to Settings • Can now see current phone number and e-mail address • More explanations in each step

  12. For the future… • Clean up current features • Based on design changes • New features • Reply to text and e-mail • VoIP (call your facebook…?) • Custom address book • Sending media texts, data texts, fax… • Make some $$$.... ?
