27. Enrollment • During the 2008 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), MA eligible individuals may enroll in or disenroll from an MA plan. The AEP occurs November 15 through December 31 of every year. • The last election made, determined by the application date, will be the election that takes effect • Enrollments submitted during the 2008 AEP will have an effective date of 1st January, 2009.
