  12. Queues • All short and within target • Results letters • 98.5% <3wks (targets 70% / 95%) • 99.6% <6wks (target 99%)

  13. Bad news • 2 graders removed • Failure to meet final C&G deadline

  14. Bad News • One practice removed • Misuse of login • Inappropriate grading • 250 episodes regraded (TW+RB) • 46 recalled for further screening

  18. Qualifications • Photograhpers will need C&G • Assistant • May only take pics with grader present • Needs Unit 6 • Optometrist • May take pics without grader • Grader must be able to grade within 3 days • Must spot and flag R3 for urgent grade • Needs units 6 & 7

  19. Qualifications • Practices pay for photographers C&G • Target is end of 2012

Costs • C&G Registration Unit 6: £176.00 • C&G Registration Unit 6&7: £196.00 • Practical assessment: £300.00 (6 +/-7) • Written assessment unit 6 £100.00 • Written assessment unit 7 £100.00 • Failure of the practical assessment will require a return visit which would also be charged. • So total costs are £696 for 2 units and £576.00 for one.
