  2. Under ‘Utilities’, click User Security After successful log-in

  3. Under ‘User’ select New or icon

  4. Click OK You will see this message only when setting up your first user

  5. Assign User ID Save Assign Password Select ‘Not an Administrator’ Enter User Information

  6. Click OK

  7. Click on ‘locations’

  8. Click on ‘Medical Locations’

  9. Save Select location and drag it to ‘Locations’

  10. Click OK

  11. Under ‘Location’ Select View Groups and Processes or icon

  12. Click on groups

  13. Save Select desired process group and drag it to ‘Groups’

  14. Click OK

  15. Exit New user will list after save
