  6. HAC - ADE Anticoagulant Control Quarter 1 INR Hospital Reporting = 82 Hospitals Meeting = 44 Hospitals reporting “0” = 21 Overall Georgia HEN Hospitals are meeting the National Benchmark with a rate of 1.35% (Benchmark = 2%)

  7. HAC - ADE Glycemic Control Quarter 1 Glycemic Control Hospital Reporting = 76 Hospitals Meeting = 33 Hospitals reporting “0” = 10 Overall rate of 0.70% (Benchmark = 0.60%)

  8. HAC - Falls with Injury (NDNQI) Hospital Reporting = 86 Hospitals Meeting = 40 Hospitals reporting “0” = 33 Overall rate of 0.62/1000 Patient Days (Benchmark = 0.50)

Upcoming Education • Best Practice Snapshot Survey has been re-opened until June 28 to allow anyone that did not get their survey answered to submit Quarter 2 information. • Because of the July 4th Holiday, Affinity Calls will be as follows only for July: • HAI Affinity Call – July 10th • HAC Affinity Call – July 17th • OBAE Affinity Call – July 24th • Readmissions Affinity Call – July 31st • HAC, EED and for CAH-HAI data for May is due by July 15th. • TeamSTEPPS • July 15 -17, GHA • July 23 -25 Tifton • OAT survey is due before July 31st. • HEN Regional Meetings scheduled for August –Date and Location TBD • Patient and Family Centered Care, September
