Parking Stalls Along Bennet Drive Closed Pierce St. Parking Stalls Along Pierce Street Closed Bennet Dr. Middle St. NOTICE TO MOTORISTS Cable Pulling on Pierce St. and Bennet Dr. Command & Control Facility, Ft Shafter, PH-1 On 21 - 23 Jul 2014 and 25 Oct 2014, the Contractor will be pulling cables in the new manholes on Pierce St. and Bennet Dr. Several parking stalls along Pierce St. and Bennet Dr. will be closed as shown above. Motorists are advised to expect delays and follow detour signs to adjacent roads. Please use caution and observe all signs, traffic control personnel, and devices while driving through affected work areas.
