  3. What is Wimba Classroom? • Web-based collaboration tool • Videoconferencing • Audio-conferencing • Interactive whiteboard • Chat • Application sharing • Students/colleagues do not have to have the software that you are working with (or vice versa)

  4. Why do I care? • The world is changing ever-more rapidly; the rate of innovation & change is staggering! • It’s like atidal-wave that’s alreadyhitting our beaches.
