This web-based learning module aims to broaden perspectives on nontraditional career opportunities, particularly for young people who often limit their choices based on gender norms. Participants will learn about the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) required for various nontraditional occupations (NTOs). Engaging activities such as interest surveys and interactive discussions will help learners discover how their innate abilities align with roles typically categorized as "male" or "female." Resources for further training and information will also be provided.
