Hypothalamic mRNA Expression in Response to CRHr1 Antagonist Treatment

This study examines the mRNA expression levels in the hypothalamus in response to CRHr1 antagonist treatment compared to control groups in animal models under restraint conditions. Analysis reveals differential expression profiles of AVP, CRH, GHRH, and SRIF in the PVN, DMH, VMH, and ARC regions.
