This update outlines the December 2005 enhancements to the Massachusetts One-Stop Employment System. Job Seeker – Trade Button • The Trade button exists on the Search Results Screen • This Trade button added to the JS record • Can only edit existing trade records from within the JS record

JS – Full tab • If Received Notice of Layoff/ Military Separation is checked, Employed radio button must = No • Even if the layoff / military separation date is in the future
JS – Case Management • Case Plan, Assessment, Labor Market for Skills • Now 1,500 characters • Caseload Management, Cases, now reminds you that open goals exist if you try to suspend a case
JS – Testing Services • If you select Other – Other Test category, a new service detail appears: • Community College Ability to Benefit • This will help with youth and DOE MCAS programs
JS & Employer Services –Events Services Marked • Job Seeker – Services • Employer – Services • All services incurred during an event will be marked with an “E”
Employer • Can now mark Primary Contact under Employer Contacts tab • Only one Primary Contact can be checked • Let other CCs know if you change • Programs actively enrolled/exited will appear on Programs/Benefits tab • Green for enrolled/Red for exited
Employer – Job Order template • Now asks you if you want to include actual referral information
Job Order –Referral Information Tab • Get/Refresh Contacts (From Employer Contacts Page • Automatically adds new contacts • Asks one by one to insert changes in existing contacts • Must manually delete old contacts in Job Order
Events • Changed label on Event Scheduling to Do not display on Internet
MOSES User Confidentiality Statement • Lisa Soltero, DWD Internal Control, now requires a signed copy of each MOSES user’s Confidentiality Statement • Fall 2005 for current users • All new users after that • Only one signed copy per user needed
