  4. Expectations • What expectations did Toula’s family have for her? • What expectations does your family have for you future? • Do you plan to follow these expectations?

  5. Family • How did the families’ interaction with one another change throughout the film? • What eventually brought them together? • How did Ian’s family show their love vs. Toula’s family?
