Introduction Problem Statement: Who benefits from solving this problem: • Administrators • Unit Directors & Department Heads • Nurses & Nurse Supervisors • Patients • Pyfer General Hospital has identified two low performing units who have partially implemented the mobile tracking system. These two units have experienced higher than normal patient complications and fatalities as a result of medication errors.
