Event Manager • Organise timetable and Run sheet for each meeting • Liaise with venue to arrange all aspects of event • Load event on sticky tickets ready for sales day after prior event • Review RSVPs and send email update to committee and venue to report progress on numbers and dietary requirements 2 weeks & 1 week prior • Send out draft run sheet 1 week prior • Send out final run sheet and RSVPs list day before
