ENABLING OBJECTIVES 32.9 SELECT the purpose of flight packets. 32.10 SELECT the instruction that sets guidelines for flight packets. 32.11 SELECT the person who prescribes custody and issue procedures for flight packets. 32.12 SELECT the contents of flight packets in accordance with the NAMP. 32.13 LIST the time frames flight packets will be inventoried.

  5. - Allows pilots to procure supplies and services while on extended flights. FLIGHT PACKET Flight Packets • CNAFINST 4790.2 series, (NAMP) sets forth guidelines for control of flight packets. • - SQUADRON CO prescribes custody and issue control procedures.

USED BY CREWS TO PURCHASE GOODS AND SERVICES AWAY FROM HOME CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: • FLIGHT PACKETS DD 1348 6PT SF 95, CLAIM FOR DAMAGE OR INJURY SF 44 (PURCHASE ORDER) INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUARDING / SHIPPING DAMAGED AIRCRAFT HMR, EI REQUEST AND QDR MULTI-LANGUAGE BILLING INSTRUCTIONS SF 94, STATEMENT OF WITNESS DD 1896 DOD JET FUEL INDENTA-PLATE AVDLR PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS VIDS/MAF PEN / PENCIL / CARBON PAPER AIRCARD:

  7. Inventory • Inventoried before and after each extended flight by Material Control shop, signed by MCO. • MONTHLY as a minimum requirement.

  8. Material Control • Ensure all cross-country fuel chits are accounted for after each flight. • Obligate fuel expenditure(s) in OPTAR logbook.

  9. SUMMARY 17.1 Selected the purpose of flight packets. 17.2 Selected the instruction that sets guidelines for flight packets. 17.3 Selected the person who prescribes custody and issue procedures for flight packets. 17.4 Selected the contents of flight packets in accordance with the NAMP. 17.5 Listed the time frames flight packets will be inventoried.
