Sometimes you will need to add a Direct Object Pronoun to specify what you want the person to do. Instead of saying “Eat the fruit,” you can just say, “eat it.” We are going to do this with Tú commands now, but the rule applies for Usted and Ustedes commands, too. Informal commands.
