Positive Behavior at Bellview!

This program promotes positive behavior and good models of behavior in Bellview School, emphasizing safety, respect, responsibility, and being always on task. It includes guidelines for behavior in the classroom, hallway, bathroom, lunchroom, and playground, as well as a reward system with Dojo Dollars and a PBIS Minute to Win It game day. It also promotes character traits such as trustworthiness, responsibility, respect, fairness, caring, and citizenship.

  3. In the Classroom Follow ADULT directions the first time.

  4. In the Classroom 2. Raise your hand and remember that one person speaks at a time.

  5. In the Classroom 3. Be on time and prepared to learn.

  6. In the Classroom 4. Complete and turn in all assignments on time.

  7. In the Classroom 5. Have respect for yourself, for other people, and for property. R-E-S-P-E-C-T

  8. In the Hallway

  9. In the... H– Head faces forward A– Arms like a pretzel L– Lips zipped L– Low speed

  10. In the Bathroom 1. Use a quiet voice. 2. Respect others' privacy. 3. Complete your business & return to class.

  11. In the Bathroom 4. Always wash your hands. 5. Flush & keep the area clean. 6. Use only one paper towel & one squirt of soap.

  12. In the Lunchroom

  13. In the Lunchroom 1. Enter quietly. 2. Sit with your head down until your class is called. 3. Eat all of your lunch. 4. Clean up after yourself. 5. Talk in a quiet voice.

  14. On the Playground 1. Walk to & from the playground. 2. Line up when you are called. 3. Take care of equipment.

  15. On the Playground 4. Use kind words. 5. Play fair – follow rules. 6. Include everyone.

  17. Your POSITIVE Dojo points turn into Dojo Dollars!!! What can I do with my DOJO DOLLARS? Spend them or save them up for something big at the DOJO Store!!!
