3. As a non-public school, we need everyone’s involvement, and we strongly urge every family to volunteer. Keep in mind that all volunteers must complete Virtus Training. Protecting God’s Children. It is REQUIRED for all volunteers working with children, youth and vulnerable adults. A typical Virtus session lasts approximately 3 hours and this session is a one-time ask. Following this session any renewals are done online. 5. This is a Community Event ! All are Welcome! Bring your family, friends and neighbors. Grandparents Day is also on Friday Oct. 4th, please make plans to have them attend our festival! Saturday, October 5th, 2019 4:00 p.m.- 8:00p.m.

6. Activities Include: 4:00 Family Mass with Contemporary Music Dinner Pumpkin Patch Games Bingo and Pull Tabs Beer Garden Here’s the plans TRUNK or TREAT IS BACK! It’s a Halloween event held on our church property where you and your children can walk car to car (trunk to trunk) and trick or treat for candy or maybe play a game WE NEED YOUR HELP IN RUNNING THIS FUNDRAISER! PLEASE VOLUNTEER!! SIGN UP GENIUS LINK WILL BE UP ON THE HOME PAGE THIS WEEK.

8. UPCOMINGEVENTS • Date:SATURDAY SEPT. 21 HERITAGE DAYS PARADE STARTS AT 10:30. BEGIN LINE UP AT 9:30. We are spot 35. The PTO is calling all parents, students and staff to come together and ROCK the parade route with our NATIVITY SPIRIT! We don’t get this opportunity but once a year to share with our Bloomington neighbors the proud spirit that comes with being a part of this great school community! We will be passing out candy and coupons for our Family Fun Fest. Please join us! • Date: FRIDAY OCTOBER 4 IS GRANDPARENTS AND SPECIAL FRIENDS DAY! Join us for a morning of food and fun followed by Mass. We will have special performances by our band and choirs. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RSVP BY SEPT. 25: forms were in the communication folders but can also be found in the school office.

9. With the beginning of the school year started and the new volunteer process in place, the PTO wants to know what’s on your mind. We have some thoughts on what we might like to discuss at upcoming PTO meetings but we want to hear from you. Do you have topics you would like to learn about, hear about or be a part of this year at the PTO meetings? Speaker interests, trainings…….
