  1. “Partnership is one of the essential agents to performance and success.” During the STREAM Fire Warden Seminar on March 20, 2012, James (Jim) Milliken the Assistant Director of Nursing with the Tennessee Department of Health Clinical Services and Disease Management provided education and awareness of the need for CPR/AED training among lay persons. After his presentation, there were 100 STREAM fire wardens that signed up to take upcoming CPR/AED courses throughout the year. By the end of the year, there will be additional persons in our State complexes able to provide prompt, effective, administration of first aid measures that can mean the difference between life and death. We applaud Jim for his support and partnership!
